RETURNS and REFUNDS POLICY

Please note that in the event of you wishing to return an item, you have a 14 day period, from the date of delivery,  within which to notify me.  Please send notification, by email, of your intention to make a return, to :    sales@cricciethshoeshop.co.uk.  You then have a further period of 14 days within which to return the item.

If you believe the item sent to be incorrect, faulty or damaged, please indicate this in your email.  The buyer will be responsible for the cost of the return postage and I would urge the buyer to obtain proof of postage.

The item may be returned either by hand to the Shop OR by post with the receipt for payment and ALL the items original packing and labels and of course in an unworn condition.

A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned item, provided the goods are received back in the same condition as when they left the shop.  Depending on the Bank's processing system, it may take a while longer for the refund to arrive back in your account.
